he had a PowerPoint slide up of a practice problem we should work on/know
how to do. after seeing lots of the students sittin there not doing anything he said,
"if you don't know what to do, do something"
I loved it and have been thinking about it ever since. That simple statementcan apply to lots of things in our lives including exercise. even if you don't
know what to do, do SOMETHING that will get you closer to your goal,
whether it be fit into a smaller swimsuit for the summer or run a marathon in
under 3 hours, as the chinese proverb goes,
"the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step".
you can't meet a goal if you never start!
so get out there and do something!!
